What is your cancellation policy?
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide no less than 24 hours notice directly to the business via text. In the event you must cancel last minute our policy requires you to pay 50% of all service fees or 100% of all service fees for day of notice or no shows. No shows will no longer be able to book future appointments at our business.
We are excited about doing your hair! So please be mindful about this policy and if you are not feeling well or want to reschedule, please let us know with more than 24hr notice so we may offer our business hours to guests waiting for services. Less than 24 hours notice does not provide our staff and/or guests adequate time to make new arrangements.
Unfortunately, our small business, single staffed salon can not absorb the financial losses for our guests personal lives therefore we have a strict no exceptions policy for all reservations.
